The circuit of high-efficiency vacuum oil filter adopts 380V, 50Hz three-phase four wire AC power supply and is connected to a ground wire at the same time. The power distribution cabinet on the oil filter and the wiring of oil pump, vacuum pump and electric heater shall be checked to ensure firm connection and reliable insulation.

   7. Connect the power supply of the oil filter, close all external valves of the oil filter, open all valves on the internal pipeline of the oil filter, and start the vacuum pump. When the pointer of the vacuum gauge reaches -0.084mpa and is stable, stop the machine for 5 minutes. During this period, observe that the pointer of the vacuum gauge should not drop more than 0.01Mpa. If it does, check whether there is air leakage and other reasons at the connecting parts of the oil filter, The fault shall be eliminated in time.
